AI Tech Lead - CB

We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead the architecture, delivery, and scale-up of enterprise AI platforms and solutions across ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical depth, solution ownership, mentoring capability, stakeholder management, and strong execution discipline.Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Define AI engineering standards, reusable frameworks, guardrails, and best practices. Own architecture decisions for ML platforms, GenAI ecosystems, and Agentic AI solutions. Review solution designs, code quality, security, scalability, and production readiness. Delivery Ownership Lead multiple AI initiatives from discovery through deployment. Prioritize roadmap based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic value. Ensure timely delivery with measurable business outcomes. Team Leadership Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers. Build capability maturity across AI literacy and engineering excellence. Conduct technical interviews and talent development. Enterprise AI Capabilities Lead solutions such as: Forecasting engines AI customer support agents OCR intelligence platforms AI copilots Pricing optimization engines Sales intelligence agents Agentic workflow automation AI in SDLC frameworks Governance & Risk Ensure GDPR, security, model governance, bias controls, and data privacy compliance. Drive vendor/tool evaluations and platform selection. Required Skills Strong architecture experience in AI/ML systems Deep hands-on Python and cloud engineering Experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks Strong MLOps / DevOps understanding Experience leading cross-functional teams Executive communication ability Agile delivery leadership
