Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy advanced solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, taking full ownership from design to deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, generative AI, and related frameworks.
• Create and maintain reusable code libraries, tools, and internal frameworks.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to high coding standards.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle — design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver scalable, high-quality outputs.
  
  

Technical Skills

Generative AI & NLP

• Experience in classification, topic modeling, Q&A systems, chatbots, search, Document AI, summarization, and content generation.
• Hands-on expertise with SaaS LLMs such as Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and prompt engineering (CoT, ToT, ReAct, agents).
  
  

Computer Vision & Multimodal AI

• Experience with image classification, object detection, segmentation, image generation, and audio/video analysis.
  
  

Open-Source LLMs

• Familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face ecosystems.
• Knowledge of LLM optimization—quantization, PEFT, fine-tuning, RLHF, data annotation, GPU utilization.
  
  

Cloud & Software

• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Docker, and frameworks like FastAPI/Django/Flask.
• Version control with Git.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Data Science, with a strong focus on Generative AI/LLMs.
• Proven experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Audio ML.
• Solid understanding of ML/DL algorithms, statistics, forecasting, and experiment design.
• Experience in benchmarking, evaluating, and improving model performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with excellent communication skills.
  
  

Preferred

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Additional experience with ML frameworks, prompt engineering, or backend development.
