Role Description The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that power automation, intelligent agents, and data-driven applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP pipelines, and integrating neural network–based systems into production software. The role involves collaborating with software engineers, product teams, and cloud experts to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable AI services aligned with client business goals. The AI Engineer will also optimize model performance, monitor systems in production, and document architectures and workflows. This is a contract, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in
2. C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
3. Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.
4. Demonstrated experience in debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable solutions.
5. Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring.
6. Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.Track record of success in collaborative, cross-functional teams, ideally in remote settings.
