Role: Accountant & Admin

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate books of accounts.
• Handle petty cash, maintain records, and ensure proper documentation of all expenses.
• Process and verify employee reimbursement claims in line with company policies.
• Track and manage vendor payables, ensuring timely verification and processing of invoices.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on expenses, payables, and cash flow status.
• Monitor monthly operational payables and proactively remind/report to the Department Head for timely approvals and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all expenses and invoices are submitted on time.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable statutory requirements (such as PF, ESI, GST, TDS, etc)
• Maintain proper documentation and support during audits and filings.
• Coordinate with external consultants/auditors for compliance-related activities.
• Assist in preparation and tracking of budgets.
• Support cost control initiatives by maintaining expense records and analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and procurement.
• Maintain and organize financial and administrative records (physical & digital).
• Perform any other finance or administrative duties as assigned by management.
