What You'll Do

Make the Brand Win

• Own where your brands are headed: their strategy, direction, and growth.
• Read any business or industry and find what will genuinely move it.
• Shape ideas and solutions across everything we do: campaigns, content, film, design, digital.
• Own the outcome: the brand's relevance, results, and momentum.

Be the Client's Partner

• Be the face of Hashtag to your brands, the partner clients trust and call first.
• Build real relationships: understand their world, earn their confidence, become part of their team.
• Present and sell the thinking: bring ideas to the table and carry them through.
• Keep clients close and confident: proactive, clear, and always a step ahead.

Build With the Creative Team

• Bring the direction and the brief; create the work with content, design, production, web, and performance.
• The bigger and sharper your thinking, the more you get to build.
• Be the thread that brings the whole agency to your brand.

Own It Day to Day

• Stay close to your brands: hands-on in the work, the community, and the details that keep them sharp.
• Keep everything moving so the brand always shows up on time and on point.

Keep the Business Healthy

• Own the commercial health of your accounts, so the brand and the business both stay strong.
• Handle the client conversations that need a relationship; finance runs the mechanics.

• Your brands are growing, healthy, and trusted to you with more.
• Your clients see you as a real partner, not a point of contact.
• Every brand has a clear direction and point of view that's yours.
• The work is strong, on time, and always moving.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years in brand, client servicing, social, or strategy where you owned something and grew it.
• You love brands and think strategically about them.
• A natural relationship-builder: clients trust you and enjoy working with you.
• You can walk into an unfamiliar industry, get how it works, and find what it needs.
• Good with numbers, or sharp on markets and what makes a business tick.
• Creative, collaborative, and hands-on because you care about the outcome.

Nice-to-Haves (Optional)

• Experience owning a client relationship and a brand's presence end-to-end.
• Comfort reading performance and turning it into direction.
• Ambition to grow into a Senior Account Manager
