Deutsche Post is committed to continuously enhancing the quality and efficiency of its operational processes within the Post & Parcel (P&P) division. A key focus area in this ongoing optimization is the continuous development of our employees and the establishment of superior quality standards to ensure exceptional operational performance. The Training Coordinator (Language & Operations Bridge) is responsible for developing into a comprehensive, cross-process P&P expert. By dynamically transitioning from process to process, the specialist reviews and designs targeted quality measures and training programs in close coordination with German-speaking subject matter experts and the local trainer, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across teams. The more training sessions you coordinate and support , the deeper your operational knowledge becomes. This strategic role serves as a crucial link within our operations and requires a willingness to travel to Germany.

Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between German-speaking process owners and local teams during trainings and operational activities
  • Provide real-time language support (German–English) during training sessions, workshops, and daily operations
  • Ensure accurate knowledge transfer by bridging cultural and language gaps between stakeholders
  • Support the trainer in preparing, adapting, and localizing training materials where needed
  • Actively contribute to selected operational projects, including the development and implementation of measures for continuous improvement (CIP)
  • Act as a quality advisor and sparring partner for team leads and team members to resolve process challenges.
  • Rotate through various Post & Parcel (P&P) workflows to build deep, cross-functional operational expertise.


Education & Experience


  • Minimum: Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of overall professional experience
  • Mandatory, hands-on experience working with continuous improvement processes.
  • Ideally, you bring a solid understanding of the logistics industry and its processes (nice-to-have).
  • Prior experience within GCCs of the Logistics sector would be a strong advantage.


Required Skills


  • Training & Learning Certifications (preferred)
    • CTDP – Certified Training & Development Professional
    • TT – Train the Trainer
    • ISTD Diploma – Indian Society for Training & Development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to act as an interface between international teams
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in cross-cultural environments
  • High level of analytical thinking and numerical comprehension, combined with excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • High agility, a structured work style, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate through different operational processes.
  • English: High proficiency – written and spoken
  • German: Business fluency at B2 level or above (certified) – written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel to Germany is required.

Working Conditions


  • Schedule: Standard Indian business hours.
  • Remote Work: On-site.
  • Global Coverage: May require occasional work outside standard hours.
  • Performance Metrics: Success measured by quality improvements, training effectiveness, and customer satisfaction scores.
