Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Identity and Security Development and Customization Experience Cloud Sharing and Visibility DevOps Data Lightning Integration and Configuration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful solutions and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Provide technical expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to safeguard data and maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.
• Drive the adoption of Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility strategies to ensure data accessibility and confidentiality.
• Utilize Salesforce DevOps tools to streamline development processes and enhance deployment efficiency.
• Manage SFDC Data operations ensuring data accuracy consistency and availability across the platform.
• Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interface and experience.
• Facilitate SFDC Integration processes to connect Salesforce with external systems and applications.
• Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and support business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  
  

• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Identity and Security Development and Customization and Experience Cloud.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Sharing and Visibility DevOps Data Lightning Integration and Configuration.
• Experience in Program Management and Supply Chain & Operations is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
