We are looking for a high-performing professional to contribute to a next-generation BFSI-focused institutioncommitted to developing future-ready talent and leaders for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.

The role is suited for an experienced professional who understands the BFSI ecosystem and can combine industry knowledge, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong execution capabilities to contribute to the growth and development of the institution.

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organisations BFSI-focused objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial-services organisations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and industry leaders to understand evolving BFSI talent and capability requirements.
• Translate industry requirements into actionable programmes, partnerships, and initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships, business development, industry engagement, and institutional growth.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
• Develop presentations, business proposals, reports, and strategic communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project performance, outcomes, and key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Work closely with academic, business, operations, marketing, and industry teams to deliver high-quality initiatives.
• Support engagement with senior executives, industry experts, and institutional partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, programmes, and stakeholder experiences.
• Contribute to building a strong industry-led ecosystem focused on developing future BFSI professionals and leaders.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in BFSI, consulting, education, business development, strategy, partnerships, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) ecosystem.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, or other financial institutions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to decision-making.
• Comfortable taking ownership of initiatives in an evolving and entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong project management and execution skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to build long-term industry relationships and represent the organisation professionally.
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in BFSI, talent development, professional education, and industry-led innovation.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
