Role - Lead Solution Engineer

US Shift 6PM - 3AM | Individual Contributor

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location - Chennai & Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for a strong individual contributor who can independently own the technical side of sales opportunities across the US market.

You will work closely with Account Executives and take ownership of demos, POCs, RFPs, technical discovery, solution design, integrations, and implementation scoping.

This is not just a demo role. We are looking for someone who is hands on, technically strong, comfortable with customers, and ready to step into complex evaluations when required.

What You Will Do

• Lead tailored product demos across CX, EX, and related use cases

• Build customized POCs based on prospect requirements

• Own RFP and RFI responses end to end

• Lead technical discovery and implementation scoping calls

• Create SOWs and solution documentation

• Design solutions involving APIs, webhooks, SSO, CRM, BI, and other integrations

• Handle technical, security, and compliance discussions confidently

• Scope migrations from competing platforms

• Support SMB to mid-market opportunities and multi-stakeholder evaluations

• Build reusable demo assets and enablement material for the sales team

What We Are Looking For

• 4 to 6 years of Solutions Engineering or Pre Sales experience in B2B SaaS

• Experience working with US customers

• Strong understanding of SaaS integrations and solution architecture

• Good understanding of HTML and CSS

• Strong demo, discovery, and customer communication skills (non-negotiable)

• Excellent written communication for RFPs, SOWs, and technical documentation

• Ability to manage multiple deals, priorities, and deadlines independently

• High ownership and a proactive mindset

• Experience in CX, VoC, survey, or feedback platforms is a plus

• The kind of technical credibility and presence that makes AEs want you on their deals
