Integration leadership	Connects AR and FI design with SD, MM, CO, Treasury, banking, tax, and reporting processes.
Delivery discipline	Maintains structured documentation, testing, reconciliation, issue management, and follow-through.
Delivery governance	Maintains quality, traceability, risk control, and predictable delivery across the SAP FI workstream.
Strategic thinking	Aligns finance solutions and process improvements with broader business objectives and transformation priorities.
