Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The person selected will be responsible for Data Governance and Data analytics
Will be responsible for handling critical reports for Senior Leadership Team
Will do a certain degree of data analysis, identify issues/problem areas, provide recommendations to Leadership.
Will provide reports for Leadership calls.
Will be responsible for Success Factor Data Governance, creating demand reports.
Will be responsible to Monitor end-to-end fulfilment including demand-supply matching, allocation, tracking and monitoring progress of fulfilment opened with sourcing channels.

Requirements:

Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
Competent in using MS-Excel & Powerpoint.
The ability to work with all levels of the organization
The ability to follow prescribed processes and also take initiative to solve problems creatively, ability to identify and drive process improvements.
Experience with resource/workforce management and recruiting processes and tools, as well as the IT industry.
