About The Role

We are building up of a new end-to-end recruiting team in Chennai and are looking for experienced Recruiter with proven exposure to international hiring for professional roles, covering Europe, the United States, and the APAC region.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a truly global recruiting environment, partnering with demanding hiring managers across multiple time zones and helping to establish high-quality recruiting standards in a newly built talent acquisition setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for professional roles (from intake to offer)
• Partner closely with hiring managers across Europe, the United States, and APAC, providing market insights, talent availability perspectives, and hiring recommendations
• Own and actively drive direct sourcing activities (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent mapping)
• Conduct structured, high-quality interviews and candidate assessments
• Manage challenging stakeholder situations, including tight timelines, complex role requirements, and diverse regional expectations
• Ensure consistent and professional candidate experience across all regions
• Contribute to the setup, optimization, and standardization of recruiting processes within the new team
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house, RPO, or agency background)
• Solid experience recruiting professional roles
• Proven exposure to international hiring, ideally across Europe, USA and/or APAC
• Strong confidence working with senior and demanding hiring managers
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Structured, proactive working style with a high level of ownership
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-time-zone environment
