Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. The role focuses on accelerating project timelines by fostering collaboration across multiple disciplines and managing the entire application lifecycle. Daily activities include overseeing continuous testing processes, supporting environment and data configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting on defects are integral to driving ongoing improvements, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall testing capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous process improvements.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
