Educational Qualification

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  
  

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to oversee the quality control process for pneumatic cylinders used in oil & gas and automobile applications. The ideal candidate will ensure our products meet industry standards, customer specifications, and internal benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and final products for dimensional accuracy and functional performance.
• Conduct quality tests on pneumatic cylinders including pressure, endurance, and leak tests.
• Develop and maintain quality documents including inspection reports, control plans, and test records.
• Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for product and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards.
• Handle customer feedback and support audits or technical evaluations.
  
  

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of mechanical quality control processes.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and testing instruments.
• Knowledge of GD&T, QC tools, and documentation.
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  
  

Salary Range

• ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
