Production Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day Activities include line start up, changeovers, Weighing scale verification ,labeling ,weighing, sealing, stitching and Stacking.
• Assure daily operation is in line with HSE requirement.
• To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of IATF 16949: 2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 Standards.
• Ensure Zero error in weighing of FG & reduce pellet loss.
• Support in maintaining relevant documentation as per the IATF 16949:2016 standards.
• Performs the duties of the Handover in the production department.
• Hazardous waste disposal - Follow proper documentation.
• To support that the Environment management system conforms to the requirements ISO 14001: 2015 Standards.
• Awareness of the environmental policy;
• Awareness of the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential environmental impacts associated with their work;
• contribution to the effectiveness of the environmental management system, including the benefits of enhanced environmental performance;
  
  

Education

Diploma/ ITI

Work Experience

Minimum 1 - 2 Year Related Experience

Skills and Language

Skills: Should have good knowledge in MS office.

Language: Basic English skill.
