About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations. The role will involve coordinating with design, development, and project teams, tracking project progress, assisting with resource planning, and ensuring tasks are assigned and completed within timelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in project operations, resource management, team coordination, and creative agency workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating day-to-day project activities across design and development teams.

  • Track project tasks, timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are progressing as planned.

  • Maintain and regularly update project trackers, schedules, and status reports.

  • Identify delays, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks and escalate them to the Project Manager.

  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly project status updates.

  • Assist in identifying available internal resources based on project requirements, skills, workload, and timelines and allocating resources accordingly. 

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to collect project updates.

  • Follow up on pending tasks, feedback, assets, and approvals.

  • Assist in maintaining a centralized source of truth for project status and team availability.

  • Help standardize and improve internal operational processes.



Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple people and follow up on tasks effectively.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and project tracking tools.

  • Basic understanding of project management and resource planning.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative creative environment.



Good to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.

  • Basic understanding of creative agency or digital project workflows. 

  • Interest in design, technology, branding, or digital products.
