To drive our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Marketing Lead to own and execute Blue5Green’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy, strengthen brand presence, and enable revenue growth through targeted, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Lead at Blue5Green, you will be responsible for defining, owning, and executing the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue outcomes. This role goes beyond execution—you will lead campaign ideation, guide content and messaging, collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams, and ensure measurable contribution to pipeline, deal velocity, and brand credibility.

You will serve as the single-point owner for marketing direction, ensuring clarity across positioning, priorities, and execution while enabling the team to deliver consistently and at scale

You will act as the central marketing owner, driving integrated campaigns across digital channels, shaping thought leadership, and enabling commercial teams with high-impact marketing assets.

Marketing Strategy & Go-To-Market Ownership

Content & Messaging Leadership

  • Define and execute Blue5Green’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy across services, industries, and geographies with clear alignment to revenue targets and priority offerings.
    • Own annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales pipeline targets, account priorities, and growth objectives .
      • Identify priority target accounts, customer segments, and campaign themes in partnership with business leaders.
        • Partner with sales leadership to define ICPs, buying personas, and messaging that directly supports deal creation and progression.
        • Lead the development of pitch decks, campaign narratives, thought starters, and sales enablement content used directly in customer conversations and deal cycles.
          • Define and govern a content roadmap aligned to awareness, consideration, and decision stages of the B2B buyer journey
            • Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, newsletters, websites, and GTM campaigns by setting direction, reviewing quality, and approving final outputs.
              • Act as final approver for brand voice, messaging consistency, and narrative accuracy across all external-facing assets.
