Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, inter‑project dependencies, and critical path activities.
Coordinate execution across multiple projects and workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery.
Monitor program progress and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Track and manage resource plans across projects to ensure optimal utilization.
Lead structured risk and issue management, including identification, impact analysis, mitigation planning, and escalation.
Build and maintain dashboards & visual reporting for delivery and leadership consumption.
Govern program‑level change management, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and communicated effectively.
Hold sponsors and workstream owners accountable for issue resolution,
Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, assign work, review outputs, and identify optimization opportunities in reporting/automation.
Collaborate directly with internal and external clients to meet project demands.
Support talent development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
Serve as the primary program point of contact for senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
What You Will Need
Must have minimum 10+ years of experience in Transition/Software program Management roles
Must be a graduate or postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized university
Proven experience writing reports and presenting findings to internal stakeholders and/or clients
Experience in leading end to end software development programs
Excellent analytical, problem-solving techniques and communication skills
Experience working in enterprise PMO frameworks
What Would Be Nice To Have
Exposure to transition methodologies such as knowledge transfers, Service Management and has managed transition programs in lead capacity.
Project Management Certification, PMP/PRINCE.
Lean Six Sigma Certification (Yellow / Green Belt).
Minimum 6+ years of Revenue cycle management domain.
Exposure to Python and SQL for data analytics.
