Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Good to have skills : Spring Boot

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and optimized outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Extensible Stylesheet Language XSL.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
• Experience with XML, XSL transformations, and related technologies.

• This position is based at our Chennai office.
