Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology implemented effectively supports the client s business requirements, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet client expectations and project timelines.
• Assist in documenting integration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.

• Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within IT service management environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business processes.

• Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration within IT operations platforms.
