Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration. This role requires understanding client needs thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology implemented effectively supports the client s business requirements, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet client expectations and project timelines.
  • Assist in documenting integration processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to enhance their professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within IT service management environments.
  • Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration within IT operations platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
