You will partner closely with managers to build organizational capability, foster a performance-driven culture, and enable talent development. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be part of INDEC4.0, the Global Competency Center for Saint-Gobain, serving all Industry 4.0 initiatives for over 1100 factories worldwide. Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join Saint-Gobain INDEC 4.0. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people strategy aligned with our growth and transformation agenda. The HRBP will be responsible for enabling a high-performance culture, managing talent and organizational development, and ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on HR expertise to support a rapidly scaling digital innovation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees.
  • Understand business priorities and translate them into HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Partner with leadership teams on organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Talent & Performance Management
  • Lead the Performance Management cycle, ensuring goal alignment, feedback culture, and talent differentiation.
  • Partner with managers to identify high-potential talent and design career development plans.
  • Support succession planning for critical roles.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.
  • Foster a culture aligned with Saint-Gobain’s values of Trust, Empowerment, and Collaboration.
  • HR Operations & Policy
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Saint-Gobain’s HR standards.
  • Partner with COEs (Compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition) for smooth execution of HR programs.
  • Change & Transformation
  • Partner with business leaders on digital transformation initiatives, ensuring organizational readiness and capability building.
  • Lead HR projects related to scaling digital practices, and innovation culture.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link people strategies to business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong grounding in HR domains: Talent Management, Performance, Organization Development, Employee Relations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Qualifications And Skills

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related specialization.
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Prior experience in digital/technology, or engineering organizations preferred.
  • Exposure to transformation-driven and high-growth environments is an added advantage.
