ArcGIS / SiteTracker GIS-Link Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ArcGIS / SiteTracker GIS-Link Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support GIS-based solutions that enable seamless data exchange between ArcGIS, SiteTracker, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GIS technologies, API development, system integrations, spatial data management, and Salesforce/SiteTracker platforms to support telecom, utility, or infrastructure deployment programs.

The role involves developing custom integrations, automating spatial workflows, maintaining GIS-Link solutions, and ensuring accurate synchronization of location and asset data across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

GIS & SiteTracker Integration Development

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ArcGIS, SiteTracker, Salesforce, and external enterprise applications.
• Develop and support GIS-Link solutions for bidirectional data synchronization.
• Configure and customize SiteTracker GIS integration frameworks to meet business requirements.
• Develop REST/SOAP API integrations and web services for spatial and non-spatial data exchange.
• Implement middleware and integration workflows to ensure data consistency across systems.
  
  
  

ArcGIS Development

• Develop GIS applications, dashboards, web maps, and geospatial solutions using ArcGIS technologies.
• Create and maintain ArcGIS feature services, map services, and geodatabases.
• Develop custom tools using ArcGIS APIs, ArcPy, Python, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Support GIS data modeling, spatial analysis, and location intelligence initiatives.
• Optimize GIS workflows to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
  
  
  

SiteTracker Administration & Support

• Support SiteTracker configurations related to GIS integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve GIS-Link synchronization issues and system defects.
• Participate in platform upgrades, release management, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
  
  
  

Data Management

• Manage spatial and asset-related datasets across GIS and SiteTracker platforms.
• Design and implement data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity between source and target systems.
• Support migration and bulk data loading activities.
  
  
  

Solution Design & Architecture

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, GIS analysts, and project teams to gather requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, and integration architecture documents.
• Recommend best practices and innovative approaches for GIS and SiteTracker integrations.
• Participate in technical reviews and solution governance processes.
  
  
  

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop unit test cases, integration test scripts, and validation procedures.
• Perform end-to-end testing of GIS applications and integrations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
  
  
  

Support & Maintenance

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for GIS and SiteTracker integrations.
• Monitor integration health and proactively address system issues.
• Document technical solutions, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident and problem management.
  
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Engineering, or a related field.
  
  
  

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in GIS application development and system integrations.
• Experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and Esri technologies.
• Experience with SiteTracker platform implementations and integrations.
• Experience in telecom, utilities, infrastructure, or asset management domains preferred.
