Frontmedia Federation is looking for an energetic Field Coordinator to drive our on-site initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration with media professionals, volunteers, and local authorities.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
🔹 On-Site Project Execution – Plan, organize, and implement activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
🔹 Team Coordination – Supervise volunteers, media representatives, and local stakeholders.
🔹 Community & Government Liaison – Collaborate with local authorities, corporate sponsors, and media houses.
🔹 Media & PR Collaboration – Coordinate press coverage, interviews, and storytelling for impact amplification.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed reports, daily updates, and project progress records.
🎓 Who Can Apply? (Preferred Qualifications)
📌 Degree in Journalism, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or MSW (Community Development).
📌 Strong networking skills to engage with journalists and sponsors.
📌 Excellent communication & storytelling abilities to highlight project impact.
📌 Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on project needs.
📌 Tech-savvy with MS Office skills (Word, Excel) and familiarity with social media tools.
📌 Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary: Negotiable (Travel & Communication Allowances included)
📅 Joining Date: Immediate
