We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager with 5-10 years of experience to lead and elevate our brand presence across markets. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with data-driven thinking and has a proven track record in building, managing, and growing brands. The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Own the end-to-end brand lifecycle, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Lead brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and integrated channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and refine brand positioning.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, content, and design to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Manage brand budgets effectively, optimizing ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics such as brand recall, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee content strategy and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
Drive innovation in brand storytelling, leveraging new platforms and trends to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Brand Management:
Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning, and identity development.
Proven ability to build and scale brands in competitive markets.
Experience in managing brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across channels.
Ability to translate business goals into compelling brand narratives.
Brand Marketing:
Expertise in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, content, and performance marketing.
Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
Additional Skills:
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of relevant experience in brand management or brand marketing roles
