Location: Chennai

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Analytics & Tracking Specialist to own the measurement and attribution infrastructure for our B2B and D2C e-commerce operations. You will bridge marketing, product, and engineering by managing tag architecture, conversion tracking, and analytics platforms to ensure data accuracy across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Tag Management: Architect and maintain advanced web/app setups in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-side GTM (sGTM).
• Ad Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage Google Ads (Enhanced Conversions, OCIs) and Meta Pixels / Conversions API (CAPI) to maximize attribution fidelity.
• Analytics Platforms: Configure and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adobe Analytics for both D2C funnels and B2B lead generation.
• Event Tracking & Auditing: Define window.dataLayer taxonomies, update events, and troubleshoot discrepancies between ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with marketing and product teams to build performance dashboards, support retargeting audiences, and ensure privacy compliance.
  
  

• 4 to 6 years of experience in digital analytics, tag management, and ad-pixel implementation within e-commerce or tech environments.
• Tools: Expert-level GTM, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and debugging tools (Tag Assistant, Meta Pixel Helper, Dev Tools).
• Ad Pixels & APIs: Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads Conversions and Meta CAPI.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent ability to trace end-to-end data flows and ensure high data integrity for marketing expenses.
