🎬 Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Blender Animator with a strong eye for facial animation, lighting, Character animation, and rendering.

This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring characters and stories to life.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Animate expressive characters (facial expressions + body language)

•⁠ ⁠Handle camera animation, cinematic shots, and scene composition

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement lighting setups for mood, depth, and realism

•⁠ ⁠Optimize Blender files for fast, efficient rendering

•⁠ ⁠Work on FX, textures, and post-production polish

•⁠ ⁠Follow animation briefs, brand guidelines, and creative direction

•⁠ ⁠Deliver high-quality output with minimal revisions

🔹 Characters, Assets, rigging, and (in some cases) complex animation shots will be provided

🔹 Training may be provided for selected candidates, and you Will also get a lead, who can help you, if you stuck at some place.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with Blender

•⁠ ⁠Excellent understanding of lighting control & lighting design

•⁠ ⁠Good command over character & facial animation

•⁠ ⁠Experience with FX, textures, and rendering workflows

•⁠ ⁠Ability to optimize scenes for quick turnaround

•⁠ ⁠Sharp creative eye and attention to detail

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

💰 Compensation Structure

🔹 During Probation (Per-Minute Basis)

•⁠ ⁠₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per minute (Our Current Junior Artists are making around 10-12 minutes per month and senior artists are making around 25min+ in a month)

•⁠ ⁠Ideal for showcasing speed, quality, and consistency.

🔹 Post-Probation (Full-Time)

•⁠ ⁠Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month for Junior artist and 1L-1.2L per month for Senior Artist based on skillset, output quality, and turnaround time

•⁠ ⁠OR you will have option to continue on per minute basis

🎁 Performance Bonuses (POST Probation)

•⁠ ⁠Up to ₹20,000/month

•⁠ ⁠For high-quality output and fewer revisions
