Job Purpose

The 3D Artist, Visualization Shared Service Centre, is responsible for producing high-quality visualization deliverables that support Haworth's global business units, including sales initiatives, proposal bids, marketing campaigns, and product development activities. This role creates renderings, animations, and digital visual content that accurately represent Haworth products while maintaining brand consistency and premium industry positioning. The position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and visualization teams to deliver compelling visual solutions that enhance customer engagement and support business growth.

A glimpse of your daily mission

• Produce high-quality renderings and animations for proposal bids, customer presentations, and marketing initiatives in accordance with Haworth brand guidelines.
• Manage large-scale and complex visualization projects from concept development through final delivery.
• Enhance visual outputs through post-production using photo and video editing software to achieve premium-quality results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and visualization objectives.
• Create accurate and detailed three-dimensional assets based on project specifications and brand requirements.
• Work closely with visualization artists and designers to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Support Visualization Supervisors and Managers in coordinating visualization activities across global markets.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve visualization workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Share best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the Visualization team.
• Maintain the Visualization SharePoint library by uploading renderings, animations, and related project assets regularly.
• Provide project progress updates during daily stand-up meetings and team discussions.
• Stay informed about emerging visualization technologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in three-dimensional visualization and animation.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality rendering images and animation content.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Forest Pack Pro.
• Excellent artistic talent, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to conceptualize design solutions and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet or exceed project deadlines.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required to support project commitments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest visualization techniques, workflows, software, and industry trends.
