Job Description

Planning Execution and monitoring of production to meet set monthly and annual target in cost effective manner
Responsible to maintain a systematic monitoring and follow up of production performance and all key activities on a regular basis
Implement cost control/reduction program in all areas such as manpower control, material utilization , overtime, sourcing of competitive Suppliers and equipment
Responsible for management and career development of the people under his supervision
Preparing and maintaining necessary production related SOPs and upgrading the same from time to time
Ensure continuous compliance to local and international requirements with respects to IMS,GMP,ISO 13485,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc
Ensure that all equipment are proper maintained, qualified, validated, calibrated and adequate preventive maintenance to ensure a sustained operation
Define and implement corrective and preventive Action(CAPA’s) are executed in the given time frame
Ensure the GMP requirements are followed and implemented and maintain Good Housekeeping, Safety in production department
To identify and drive a continuous process in all aspects
To participate in activities to create and execute strategic plans and company objectives related to plant
Ensure that all employees have the right qualification and are properly re(trained) as necessary
Responsible for problem solving and internal quality issues and incase of any problem investigate to eliminate root causes
Ready to undertake any task or project delegate and directed by the superior
