Key Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting of production machines, PLC systems, printers, and robotics to minimize downtime.
• Perform machine setup and optimization to achieve target production output and efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, spare parts inventory, and performance reports for effective machine management.
• Drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements across production areas.
  
  

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Strong expertise in electrical, electronics, and mechanical maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
• Hands-on experience in PLC-based machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and downtime reduction.
