Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production area: Monitor, control, and manage suture manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and compliant production.
• Achieve production targets: Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual output goals while meeting customer delivery schedules.
• Develop operator performance: Train and mentor operators to enhance skills and drive production volumes.
• Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to ISO 13485 standards, GMP, and FDA regulations across all processes.
• Support safety and environment: Assist in implementing ISO 45001 occupational health and safety systems and ISO 14001 environmental management practices.
• Work flexibility: Be available for all three shifts, including night shifts, and travel domestically or internationally for training or operational needs.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Production management expertise: Strong background in supervising and managing production areas, preferably in medical devices or related industries.
• Regulatory knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO 13485, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, GMP, and FDA requirements.
• Leadership skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop operators to achieve performance goals.
• Efficiency focus: Proven track record of driving productivity and efficiency improvements in production teams.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work across shifts and travel as required for training or operational needs.
