Assistant Manager - Controlling

Your key responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Oversee Plant performance, develop Annual Operating Plans/Forecasts, and manage Month-end Closing and management reporting.
• Cost & Production Controlling: Drive cost efficiency through product costing, standard costing, price-volume mix analysis, and monitoring product cost development against targets.
• Performance Analysis & Insight: Explain financial performance variance vs. Budget/Forecast, conduct P&L Reviews, and provide financial insights to support operational and business decisions.
• Asset & Investment Management: Manage Fixed Assets (capitalization/verification) and Investment/Capex (appraisals, feasibility analysis, ROI tracking).
• SAP & Cross-Functional Support: Handle key controlling activities in SAP FICO (cost run, master data), provide Supply Chain controlling support, and assist with audits and regulatory submissions.
  
  

What you will bring to the team:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills especially in Cost Accounting & Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Prior exposure to Plant Controlling profile is preferred.
• Experience in SAP FICO module is a must.
• Education: ICWA/MBA finance/Equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
