Well-versed in SAP functionalities related to the PM and QM modules, with experience in handling plant-related activities.

2. Ensuring Raw Materials, consumables and inventories are fully optimized.

3. Conversant with testing methods of both Chemical & Physical properties of relevant Raw Materials, intermediate products and finish goods.

4. Ensure zero complaints by proper checks as per DCBL standards of the RMs , processed goods and finished products.

5. Monitoring of quality system & compliance with present standards ; Trouble shooting and maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in process quality and improve in process capabilities.

6. Responsible for all works related to QC shift operation.

7. Responsible for Calibration and operation of XRF, PSD analyzer, Bomb Calorimeters, Alpine Jet sieve, also responsible for overall quality control activities.

8. Effective utilization of available resource and manpower.

9. Plans, promotes and organized training activities related to product quality and reliability.

10. Develop and analyze the statistical data and established good product quality.

11. Concrete knowledge is required and able to handle and visit the market complaints. Able to handle the BIS /3rd party visits and inspection.

12. Work on model area development as per 5S.
