Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Relationship Manager-PL to join our team in Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the portfolio of rural customers under the Rural Unnati program. This role requires a strong understanding of rural banking and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers in the rural areas of Bihar
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase their engagement with the bank
Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable products and services
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Rural Unnati program
Conduct regular market visits and engage with local communities to promote the banks products and services
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Bihar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Proficiency in local language and English
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
