Quality Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection of Tools/Parts & preparing reports
• Prepare deviation reports & share to customer.
• In-process inspection
• Final inspection for quality parameters and visual inspection
• Assure quality of Product delivered
• Internal daily calibration of quality equipment’s
• Monitor & assist in on time external calibration of quality equipment’s.
• Involve in internal & customer complaint analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Involve in suggestion scheme, quality improvement activities (1-1-1, 3-1 projects) and implement HSE ,5S, OOE & Cost savings projects.
• Ensure process are in line with standards (QMS, EMS, Internal operation standards).
• Inform Quality manager for quality related issues.
• Working & handling shifts for day-to-day quality activities.
• Liaison with external agencies for calibration & service – owner
• Involve in QMS(ISO9001, IATF16949 & AS9100) & EMS(ISO14001) Implementation & Internal audits.
• Adherence and monitor every one in the department follows to all safety requirements
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
  
  
  

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in quality function
• Knowledge on QMS(ISO9001/IATF16949) & EMS ISO14001
