Junior Engineer - Marking Swab And UC Clean

Job Description Summary

As part of the GE India Multi-modal Manufacturing team, the swab etch / part marking / ultrasonic clean room ,DFL coating engineer is responsible for the processing of the parts for swab etch , part marking , ultrasonic cleaning , DFL coating and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and follow the router requirements, MOS as per operation sequence , safe Operation of the process related equipment
• Responsible for identifying the defective parts / defects and raise NC ticket
• Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings, specifications ,manuals, MOS and other related documentation , ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements
• Knowledge of chemical handling, storage and related documentation
• Responsible to ensure completion of process related documentation , process and equipment inspection check lists
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions. Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously and Ability to work in a matrix organization and working collaboratively with the team
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

Candidates with Min 2 years of experience into Electro etch Marking

Required Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 – 3 years of experience in related processes
• Exposure to special process NADCAP audits and related documentation is desirable
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kaizen ,Lean and Six Sigma Methodology
