As a Content Intern at KraftedX, you'll work across the full content process, from the first idea to the numbers a post pulls after it goes live. You'll support our creators and our in-house content engines, working closely with creative directors, writers, editors, and strategists.

Your responsibilities may include some or multiple of the following:

• Ideation & Research: Bring ideas to the table, research topics, trends, and formats, and build strong reference libraries for the team.
• Writing: Write copy for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, scripts, and other digital formats, adapting tone and style for each platform.
• Collaborative Creation: Work with creative directors, designers, and editors to take content from brief to draft to final asset, turning creative direction and feedback into publishable work.
• Publishing & Distribution: Schedule and publish content while maintaining calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Data & Platform Analysis: Track performance, turn numbers into observations the team can act on, and stay on top of what's working across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

• You're Curious and Eager to Learn: This is the biggest thing we're hiring for. You won't know how to do everything on day one, and you shouldn't. You should want to.
• You're Up for All of It: Writing, planning, publishing, analysing. You'd rather learn every part of how content gets made than stay in one lane.
• You Can Write: You hold a clear thought and put it on a page in a way that feels natural and easy to read.
• You Understand Social Media: You know what works on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube because you're actually on them, and you're curious about why one post outperforms another.
• You're Detail-Oriented: You catch the small things, like typos, formatting inconsistencies, and style variations.
• You Own Your Work: You follow through, hit deadlines, take feedback well, and embody our "WE before ME" culture.
