VAS Service Advisor

Serve as the customer-facing advisor responsible for consultations, upselling, product recommendations, and job follow-up.

Ensure quality customer experience from quotation to delivery and coordinate installation flow with technicians and

store/warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, diagnose needs, recommend suitable accessories/solutions.
• Provide quotations, product explanations, warranties, and installation timelines.
• Confirm parts availability with store and schedule installation bookings.
• Follow up with workshop to ensure job accuracy, quality, and promised delivery.
• Close the job with customer satisfaction check, bill settlement, and upsell opportunities.
• Document sales, invoices, RO status, product feedback, and customer objections
  
  

• Revenue per RO / per visit.
• Customer satisfaction score & complaint reduction.
• Conversion rate from inquiry → quotation → sale.
• On-time delivery % and re-work/quality issue %.
• Customer service, product selling, communication, DMS system handling, negotiation, time management
