Job Description

As Sales Area Manager you will take the lead to develop our Sales Engineers in their sales activities and customer engagement. You will drive and execute sales action plans to ensure the delivery of strong results.

The candidate will be responsible to implement global and regional product campaigns and strategies to achieve established goals and objectives. You will support to provide accurate forecasts, budgets and targets.

In this role you will ensure that end-user and customer relations are managed effectively, and you will maintain active involvement with the sales team as well as the customers ensuring a strong sales efficiency and financial discipline.

Your profile:

University degree in Engineering and/or extensive experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools skills or equivalent.

  • Strong experience of managing external and internal customer relationships
  • delivering good business results
  • outstanding negotiation skills
  • self-directed and results orientated candidate with the ability to lead and develop people
  • confident speaker in front of internal and external groups also in English
  • analytical, persuasive with good interpersonal skills

This role requires extensive travel within the assigned area.
