We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – Mobile Handsets & Telecom to drive sales growth, strengthen distribution networks, and build lasting relationships with channel partners across the assigned territories.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the mobile handset or telecommunications industry, along with strong knowledge of sales operations, channel development, and market expansion. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, combined with the ability to achieve sales targets and improve market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network to improve market coverage.
• Execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and channel development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and guide sales representatives to improve productivity, market coverage, and target achievement.
• Track sales performance, product movement, channel inventory, and market penetration.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely order fulfilment, and smooth sales operations.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance, strengthen partner relationships, and identify business challenges.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support channel partners in achieving their sales objectives.
• Resolve partner concerns, operational issues, and customer-related escalations promptly.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory-level business updates.
• Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies, processes, and promotional schemes.
• Build a strong, performance-oriented sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of proven experience in sales within the mobile handset or telecommunications industry.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred; a relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, channel sales, distribution management, and territory development.
