Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Provisioning Service Quality Manager / Operations Expert (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Linux, SQL (Oracle) and Network skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management – Focus BSS/OSS
Analyze and troubleshoot complex application, database, Linux, and network issues
Perform log analysis, database analysis, and performance tuning
Coordinate, track, and support the implementation and deployment of fixes
Ensure adherence to OLA/SLA timelines across all involved units

Core Skills

Linux/Unix: Several years of hands-on experience, including shell commands, scripting, jobs, permissions, and log analysis
Oracle SQL/PL-SQL: Extensive experience with large databases, complex SQL scripts, database analysis, and performance tuning
Networking: Strong knowledge of network technologies, interfaces, server/network communication, and troubleshooting
English: Minimum B2 level, with strong communication skills

Additional Skills

Experience in software development
Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, and CI/CD
ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash)
Scrum / DevOps
Rating & Billing experience is a strong advantage
RAN knowledge is beneficial but not required

Personal Skills

Independent, structured, analytical, and responsible working style
Strong team player in distributed and international environments
Experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, and projects
