Credit And Collections Analyst

Your Role and Impact

As a Credit & Collection Analyst reporting to the Global Credit & Collections Manager, you will support Flowserve’s cash-collection activities and contribute to accurate, compliant financial operations. You will manage customer receivables, analyze financial statements, resolve collection-related issues, and help maintain a positive customer experience across our global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a collection portfolio by monitoring and collecting open invoices on customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone to follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain transparent, accurate, and standardized collection notes.
• Identify collection issues, open dispute cases, and escalate matters as needed.
• Regularly review sales orders placed on hold.
• Maintain documentation in line with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Support the organization with timely month-end closing activities.
• Participate in scheduled collection update calls.
• Read and analyze company financial statements to support credit and collection activities.

Required Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Communicational level of French and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers.
• Beginner-level knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Supportive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Secondary studies or a bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field.
