Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases.
- Apply different test classification approaches (by access level, purpose, execution type, etc.).
- Implement effective testing strategies based on:
- Test Pyramid
- Testing Honeycomb
- Testing Trophy
- Perform API testing, including validation of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain UI test automation.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
- Work closely with developers and DevOps engineers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Analyze test results and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with API testing, including authentication and authorization concepts.
- Experience with UI test automation.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (preferably GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Understanding of modern software architectures:
- Microservices architecture
- Event-driven architecture
- Experience with the following tools and technologies:
- Groovy (preferred) or Java
- Selenium / Selenide
- Maven
- Reporting tools (e.g., Allure)
- BDD tools such as Cucumber or Spock
- Experience building scalable automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of performance or security testing.
