About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our Brisbane team on a full-time basis. We are ideally seeking someone with strong administrative skills who can work independently, but who also likes working as part of a collaborative team. You will have strong attention to detail, as well as great organisational and time management skills.

Duties Of This Role Will Include

• preparation of correspondence and legal documents;
• communicating with clients, barristers, mediators, and others via email and phone;
• diary management;
• collating and indexing disclosure and briefs (including e-briefs);
• file management and maintenance, including e-filing;
• filing and service of court documents;
• workflow coordination and task management;
• undertaking research tasks;
• monthly billing and debtor control; and
• general administrative support.
