Junior Data Entry Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Executive with 1–2 years of experience to maintain accurate and organised business databases. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large datasets, verifying information, and supporting teams with reliable records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update contact, company, lead, and event-related information.
• Check records for missing details, formatting errors, and duplicate entries.
• Standardise names, phone numbers, email addresses, locations, and other fields.
• Organise datasets and prepare filtered lists or reports for internal teams.
• Handle business and contact information confidentially and follow data-access procedures.
  
  

• 4–5 years of experience in data entry, database maintenance, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Accurate typing and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to use sorting, filtering, duplicate checks, and basic spreadsheet formulas.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently and meet deadlines.
  
  

• Experience working with CRM systems or lead databases.
• Familiarity with lookup formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Experience handling large contact lists for sales, marketing, or events.
