• Conduct fundamental and/or technical analysis of equities, sectors, and markets
• Prepare detailed research reports, investment notes, and market updates
• Track macroeconomic indicators, industry trends, and company developments
• Analyze financial statements, earnings results, valuations, and risk factors
• Provide stock recommendations and investment strategies to internal teams and clients
• Support Portfolio Managers, Dealers, and Relationship Managers with research inputs
• Participate in earnings calls, analyst meets, and management interactions
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest rebalancing strategies
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal research policies
• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate research activities as required
  
  

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in valuation techniques (DCF, Relative Valuation, etc.)
• Knowledge of capital markets, equity research, and investment products
• Ability to interpret financial statements and economic data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and report-writing abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
  

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / FRM or equivalent qualification
• NISM Research Analyst Certification (mandatory or to be obtained)
  
  

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in equity research / capital markets
• Prior experience in a stock broking firm, AMC, PMS, or investment advisory preferred
