The Asset Desk Manager (ADM) plays a pivotal role in driving the branch’s asset business growth by acting as the single point of contact for all asset-related products such as Home Loans, Micro LAP, MSME Loans, Agri Loans, and Vehicle Loans.
The ADM is responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, process coordination, and service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience from lead sourcing to loan disbursement.
The objective of this role is to maximize branch-level asset penetration, strengthen cross-sell opportunities, and enhance the customer journey across asset products.

Monthly Asset disbursement average target of 50 lacs (Actual target depends on the branch location and potential)
Portfolio sourced and managed across multiple asset products
Number of Asset products handled: 4-6 different products
Monthly volume of at least 50 leads per months to achieve the disbursement target
Monthly 20-25 credit files to be generated and submitted for underwriting
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business
Drive acquisition of Asset customers (NTB and ETB) to achieve the monthly disbursement target across multiple asset products.
Generate leads by leveraging existing branch relationships and sourcing new customers
Ensure timely follow-up, documentation and lead conversion in coordination with processing teams.
Support cross-sell initiatives and branch-level marketing activities in coordination with product and marketing teams .
Assess market potential and provide feedback on product features, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Track portfolio performance, renewals, and retention metrics; support measures to minimize attrition and improve quality of sourcing.
Provide inputs for sales planning, budgeting, and branch-level asset strategy.
Customer (Both Internal & External)
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking information on loan products.
Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the loan application process.
Maintain strong relationships to improve customer experience, retention, and referrals.
Address customer queries and escalate issues in coordination with branch, operations, and credit teams.
Educate branch staff and customers on available asset products, policies, and features.
Internal Process
Coordinate with branch teams, central credit, and operations to ensure timely file processing, documentation, underwriting, and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and defined SLAs.
Track and report daily lead status, application pipeline, conversion ratios, and disbursement figures; identify trends and improvement areas.
Maintain visibility of asset performance metrics and support the branch manager in reviewing asset business performance.
Ensure disciplined follow-up, process adherence, and quality of credit files submitted.
Innovation & Learning
Coach branch staff on asset product knowledge and lead generation techniques to strengthen branch-level sourcing.
Resolve escalations from branch teams within defined timelines and support continuous process improvement.
Ensure completion of all mandatory training, goal setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal requirements.
Share insights from customer interactions and branch experience to support product enhancement and process refinement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational
Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce/Business/Economics or related subjects with good analytical and sales skills to be considered.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in Asset Verticals Industry or within Ujjivan
