ARAD is a strategic consulting company operating in the field of digital transformation.

We help both large international companies and Italian start-ups to create or improve their business through the opportunities offered by digital, supporting them in defining the most appropriate strategy for their operating scenario and following them in its implementation. The sectors in which we operate primarily are retail, grocery, food & beverage and fashion.

We are looking for inspired talents, digital enthusiasts who want to grow professionally in a fast and stimulating environment, taking advantage of the opportunity to be directly involved right away on various and complex projects, ranging from strategic to organizational consultancy, from optimization of e-commerce performance to product management, from the set up of digital channels to business development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Youll work directly with our AI Lead and consultants on real client projects, with a strong focus on applied AI, agentic workflows, and digital tooling. Specifically:

- Design and prototype AI-powered workflows for consulting use cases, from data processing to client-facing deliverables

- Experiment with agentic frameworks, multi-step automations, and LLM integrations in real project contexts

- Build internal tools and accelerators that make the team faster and smarter

- Support data analysis and translate outputs into actionable insights for clients

- Contribute to ARADs AI approach to knowledge bases, automation pipelines, agentic commerce experiments

- Test, break, and iterate on new tools before anyone else in the team does.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

- A bias for action. You try things before asking for instructions.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools: LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation

- Familiarity with at least some of the following: Claude, n8n, Lovable, LangChain, or similar low-code/no-code/agentic tools.

- Basic Python skills, enough to glue APIs together, manipulate data, and build quick prototypes.

- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

BONUS POINTS FOR

- You’re naturally curious and proactive in exploring new tools, and you actively bring valuable ones into the team’s workflow.

- Youve built something with agentic AI: a multi-step pipeline, an automated workflow, anything that runs, also partially, autonomously.

- Youve used Claude, GPT, or open-source models to build.

- You can explain non-technically what you built and why it matters.

WHAT WE OFFER

• A 6-month full-time reimbursed internship with the possibility of a permanent hire upon successful completion.
