The Finally Home! program is Idaho Housing and Finance Associations initiative, offering comprehensive online education and one-on-one housing counseling to help people build credit, save for a down payment, and successfully navigate the path to homeownership. By blending financial literacy, homebuyer education and one-on-one counseling, Finally Home! transforms lives by removing barriers and helping people of all backgrounds achieve the dream of homeownership. In This Role, You Will

• Manage and maintain the WordPress-based eLearning platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Develop, update, and enhance online courses and learning materials
• Ensure accessibility and compliance with relevant educational standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support as needed
• Apply consistent branding and design aligned with the visual identity and brand of Finally Home!
• Provide second-line customer support to participants, partners, counselors, and staff
• Monitor platform analytics to ensure seamless integration, performance, and optimization of digital assets
• Other job duties as assigned
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Web Development, Digital Media, Education, Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development, content management, and web maintenance, ideally in an educational, or non-profit environment
• Proven experience with WordPress and eLearning platform management preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and customer service orientation
• Experience with multilingual content management tools preferred
• Passion for housing education and providing financial empowerment
