Requirements

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline.
  
• 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  
• Proven experience in managing large sales teams and multi-location operations.
  
• Strong exposure to Real Estate, Housing, Construction, Building Materials, Consumer Durables, Retail, Financial Services, or other high-volume sales-driven industries.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, sales transformation, and market expansion initiatives.
