Role Description

To manage the company’s brand communication strategy while ensuring its effective execution on digital platforms, particularly its effective execution on digital platforms, particularly the corporate website.

The Manager of Corporate Communications will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation, engage key stakeholders, and ensure a consistent brand message. This role will work closely with senior leadership to align messaging with company objectives.

To identify and create integrated media opportunities for brands so as to enhance brand imagery, visibility and credibility to build desired brand opinions and influence consumer behavior.

• Oversee the design, content, and functionality of the corporate website aligning the global corporate communication team
• Increase regional visibility on the global website and redirect the product catalogue to better serve customers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to interpret technical requirements and ensure continuous updates to the webpage
• Create, upload, and update web content (text, images, videos, downloadable resources) with support from the global corporate communication team
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and IT to ensure website reflects brand guidelines
• Monitor site analytics to track user engagement and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to create internal communications that engage employees and support company culture.
• Lead media outreach efforts and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
• Analyze communication metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Post Graduate in any field.
• Masters in Corp Communication / Journalism / Public Relations is an added advantage
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, content writing.
• Experience in Digital marketing would be an added advantage
• Candidates from Chemical Industry / Specialy Chemicals would be preferred
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Creative, presentation, analytical ability
• Understands the media landscape and is well networked with media both print as well as digital
• Hands on experience of social media, web technologies, creative and presentation tools
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders.
